How to Submit a Notice
Email guide@thejobresult.com with the subject “Copyright Notice” and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
- The exact page address on our website where the material appears.
- Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What Happens Next
We will review valid notices promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and inform the person who supplied it, where applicable.
Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with the details of the material, a statement under good faith that it was removed in error, and your contact details.
Misuse
Please do not send false or misleading notices. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may create legal liability.
